A threat actor claims to have obtained and leaked a database containing records of residents from the Brazilian state of Ceará. The leaked data reportedly contains approximately 593,861 records and includes personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, parents' names, dates of birth, place of birth, nationality, marital status, gender, education level, occupation, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number), RG (identity number), physical characteristics, and photographs.
