Threat actor claims to have breached the system of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Costa Rica, obtaining 3,751,244 data records from across the country. The compromised data reportedly includes identification numbers, locality information, dates, first names, surnames, and other personal information. The threat actor also claims to have obtained a file that allows location lookup by ID.
