Threat actor claims to have breached data from CONTACTIS, based in Kyiv, allegedly compromising two services and four databases and destroying database tables, backups, network-drive contents, and approximately 1.4 TB of call records dating from 2018 through August 16, 2026. The actor claims the incident resulted in the destruction of 1,014,299 phone numbers from active loyalty campaigns, 3,637,068 archived contacts, 12,475+ HR CRM candidate records, 4,318 Electrolux service applications, 978 Renault dealer contacts, and 37,345 call-quality monitoring records. The compromised environment reportedly contained data associated with CONTACTIS clients including Renault, Electrolux, Porsche, UkrSibBank, Snackprod, Biola, Chumak, Schedro, Brusnichka, NSP, De'Longhi, and STIHL.
