According to Director Andrea Heimberger, the attacker remains unknown, and there is currently no evidence that any data was stolen. Some systems were restored later that morning, allowing legal and consumer advisory services to resume through their direct lines, though members were warned to expect delays while full telephone access remained unavailable.
