Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) disclosed a data breach affecting more than 185,000 people, including residents of Massachusetts, Texas, and Vermont. The breach involved unauthorized access to files containing sensitive personal, financial, and medical information. BHCHP discovered the network disruption in November 2025 and completed its investigation in June 2026. Affected individuals began receiving notifications on August 7, 2026. The organization is offering 12 months of free credit monitoring and fraud assistance through Cyberscout.
