The threat actor claims to be selling leaked data from the Digital Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan portal, eGov. The compromised data reportedly contains approximately 47 million records across 187 tables, including a users table containing IIN, full name, date of birth, phone number, and account status for approximately 15 million users. The data allegedly also includes bcrypt password hashes, service data, login history and session information, system and internal tables, employee and administrator accounts, fragments of logs and configuration settings, and working files belonging to Public Service Center staff, including scans of identity cards and passports.
