The compromised datasets reportedly includes names of staff, students, and family members, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, dates of birth, government identification numbers (TIN, GSIS BP No., SSS/PHIC, PRC license), biometric and fingerprint identifiers, physical characteristics, family relationship information, religion, gender, civil status, usernames, password hashes, administrator login activity logs, Google OAuth identifiers, employer and organization details, job titles, work history, salary grades, school and district information, attendance records, training and seminar records, education history, and official documents including memos, advisories, and orders.
