Threat actor claims to have breached the Agencia Boliviana Espacial (ABE) in collaboration with ENTEL S.A., alleging the extraction of sensitive reports spanning 2022–2026 and the defacement of the domain monitoreo.abe.bo. The allegedly compromised data includes employee names, email addresses, phone numbers, satellite station information, critical station details, antennas, modems, LNBs, BUCs, satellite hub information, network equipment, critical events, identified issues, operational documents, maintenance manuals, contractor company information, statistical summaries, and annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily reports.
