A threat actor claims to have breached a São Paulo real estate database and is advertising approximately 30,000 records for sale. According to the post, the leaked data includes land registry information, property tax (IPTU) records, municipal finance department data, names, signatures, police and fire department information, hospital-related data, addresses, postal codes, property records, geolocation data, contracts, declarations, technical specifications, photographs, and other documents.
