The threat actor claims to have leaked a database from the Portal de Avalúos Sinaloa, the official property appraisal and cadastral valuation platform of the Government of Sinaloa.the alleged dataset contains approximately 84,000 records, including property owner information, appraiser (peritos) data, cadastral valuations, property addresses, land and construction details, RFC/CURP identifiers, contact information, administrative records, and technical certification data.
