The alleged access enables real-time querying of over 300 million health records using identifiers such as names, CPF numbers, and state information. The actor further claims the access includes complete citizen profiles containing residential addresses, family linkage information, historical vaccination records, and full administrative privileges to view, edit, and modify records.
