The threat actor claims to have compromised the Directorate-General for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) of Algeria and exfiltrated a dataset allegedly containing information on doctoral graduates and researchers collaborating with the Algerian government. which includes government identification numbers, personally identifiable information (PII), certificates of enrollment, selfies, doctoral project files, supervisor details, and other academic and administrative records.
